1. Acceptable Use and Forgery Prohibition

Text to Handwriting is designed to help students, educators, and creative professionals generate realistic handwritten pages and layouts. We enforce a strict policy regarding acceptable use:

• Strict Anti-Forgery Policy: You are strictly prohibited from using our signature generator, cursive fonts, or text-to-handwriting features to forge signatures, copy official document markers, or mimic handwriting styles for fraudulent, deceitful, or malicious purposes.
• Prohibition on Fraudulent Documents: You must not use our tool to create deceptive legal contracts, invoices, financial records, medical certificates, academic transcripts, or any other official documents meant to mislead third parties.
• Legal Compliance: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You shall not upload images, equations, or texts that violate copyright laws, trademark protections, or the privacy rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the platform for users suspected of violating these anti-forgery guidelines, and we cooperate fully with authorities in cases of digital forgery or fraudulent activity.

2. Intellectual Property and Output Ownership

The ownership of the inputs and outputs on Text to Handwriting is defined as follows:

• User Content Ownership: You retain full copyright and ownership of the text, sketches, formulas, and uploaded images you input into our converter. We do not claim any ownership rights over your documents.
• Exported Document Ownership: The generated images, PNGs, SVGs, and PDF sheets are 100% yours to download, print, publish, distribute, or license. You can use your exports for commercial, educational, or personal projects without attribution.
• Text to Handwriting Intellectual Property: All site designs, layout interfaces, canvas rendering scripts, realism algorithms, web worker code, and branding assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Text to Handwriting and its developers.

3. Service Availability and Modifications

While we strive to maintain high availability for our free browser-based tools, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access:

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, font selection, paper preset, or tool page without prior notice.
• Since all canvas compilations and rendering loops occur on your individual browser hardware, site responsiveness is dependent on your local system capacity (memory, browser performance, Web Worker support). We are not responsible for rendering issues on slow devices.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TEXT TO HANDWRITING MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF GENERATED HANDWRITTEN PAGES, PRINTED PDFS, OR EXPORT STYLES. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TEXT TO HANDWRITING, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, TRANSCRIBING ERRORS, DEVICE COMPILATION FAILURES, OR ACCUSATIONS OF FORGERY BROUGHT AGAINST YOU.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located near our headquarters.
